Marketing Coordinator - Mass Brands

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project coordinator for Mass Brands special projects (including managing the timelines of promotional packages)
  • Collect and summarize monthly shipment versus POS data across all key Retailers.  Provide business insight to Management based upon findings.
  • Collect and analyze MMC chip data to determine consumer responses to GC design.
  • Coordination of logistics and timelines for consumer research testing and provide results summary.
  • Managing the in house product and display materials (POG, OOS, channel trips, etc) supplies, updating the office displays to reflect current boards.

Senior Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather all entity financials to produce consolidated financial statements for SE and its group of companies.
  • Closing three key operating companies, SE Ltd., Compass Productions and SE Inc. and all non-operating companies by the 3rd workday of the following month.
  • Journalize all elimination entries in the Consolidation entities as part of the consolidation process.
  • Ensure all journal entries are recorded as it happen.
  • Calculate, book and reconcile all actual and accrued expenses.
  • Update and maintain supporting schedules for the financial statements including monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet account
